Returns/Exchanges are accepted if the item is defective or broke during shipping.  Returns/Exchanges must be made within 14 days.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items CANNOT be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Facemasks that have been removed from their original packaging (for health/hygiene reasons).  

If you ordered the wrong size for a face mask but have already tried the item on, please contact me for resolution.  

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because all items are made custom for you, please allow 1-2 business days for production.  Shipping times vary.  Packages will usually arrive within 3-5 business days (sometimes sooner!) but due to Covid-19, there have been delays.  If your item has not arrived within 14 business days, it is probably lost in the mail.  Contact me for resolution.

I source my items like masks, shirts, glassware in a blank form from various vendors.  I customize each item at the time of the order using either dye sublimation or heat transfers (depending on the item).  

All fabric items, as well as the door mats, magnets, drink ware, and notebooks come to me pre-made and in a blank state, ready for customization.  I make the designs in my studio in St. Paul, MN, and use either one of two processes to customize them.  The first process is dye sublimation, which uses a special printer/ink that will turn into a gas and fuse with certain substrates like some fabrics, glass, metal, and more.  The second is heat transfer vinyl.  Both processes require high pressure heat presses to adhere either the dye gas or the vinyl to the blank item.

I make all of the candles using a soy wax and therapeutic grade essential oils.  The blank glass containers are sourced from outside vendors.  I design and press the images onto the glass using dye sublimation and specialized heat presses.

Everyone has a different body type or face shape.  If you are unsure what size to order, please reach out before placing your order.  Certain items (face masks, customized items) cannot be returned/exchanged.
