How it started: When the pandemic hit, I kept trying to find fun face masks online and they were super back ordered. I’m a graphic designer and the world went into lockdown, work got really slow and I needed a creative outlet. So I made a couple of face masks for myself and my kids. And then some friends asked for some.. And then friends of friends asked for some.  And from there, Lunasea Gifts was born!

I love making masks because even though I can’t control the pandemic, I feel like I’m doing something to help. I started making the rest of the items in the shop because I love to give the perfect presents to people - something as unique as they are.

As for the name Lunasea Gifts: Did you know the dark spots on the moon are called marea? That’s because they were once thought to be oceans. My name is Marea, and I embrace a little crazy. Or lunacy. Or lunasea.
